Healing Services
For Adults

Healing From Sexual Abuse is Possible. You Don’t Have to Do It Alone.

At Trees of Hope, we believe that healing from sexual abuse—no matter when it occurred—is not only possible, it’s worth pursuing. Whether the abuse happened in childhood, adulthood, or across different seasons of life, your story matters.

We offer Christ-centered resources designed to meet you where you are—whether you’re taking your first courageous step or continuing the work of healing and restoration.

We offer Shelter From the Storm, a 12-week, in-person support group exclusively for women. These groups are led by trained facilitators who are survivors themselves and who guide each session with empathy, wisdom, and grace. You’ll be supported in processing your story, confronting the pain of your past, and finding true freedom in Christ.

This is a space created just for women—safe, confidential, and anchored in biblical truth.

Healing Services for Women.

While Trees of Hope does not facilitate in-person groups for men, we offer access to Renew Online—a powerful, Christ-centered video series led by a licensed counselor and male survivor.

Men are encouraged to walk through Renew either individually or with a trusted group of men. This flexible, self-guided format creates space for honest reflection, accountability, and healing—whether you’re pursuing it privately or in community.

    In-Person Groups

Meet weekly in a private, small-group setting at one of our trusted churches. We currently offer in-person groups in the following locations: South Florida, Central Florida, Melbourne, FL, North Carolina, and New Zealand.

Space is limited at each location to foster deep connection, trust, and confidentiality.

    Online Groups

Perfect for those outside South Florida or who prefer the comfort of home. Our secure, virtual setting offers the same support and structure as our in-person groups.

Both formats are completely confidential and are held in a trauma-informed, faith-based environment.

How to Register for a Shelter Group

Taking the first step toward healing can feel overwhelming—but you don’t have to do it alone. At Trees of Hope, we’ve made the registration process simple, confidential, and full of support from the very beginning.

We know how vulnerable it can feel to open up about your story. That’s why our team surrounds every step of the process with prayer, encouragement, and grace. You are deeply seen, known, and loved—and we are honored to walk this road with you.

  • This confirms your spot in the group you’ve selected and gives us the contact information we need to connect you with your facilitator.

  • Once you’re registered, you’ll be prompted to purchase your Box of Hope for $40 plus shipping. After your purchase is complete, we’ll send your materials so you’re fully equipped to begin this healing journey.

  • Connect one-on-one with your assigned facilitator through a private phone call. This conversation helps you feel prepared, gives you space to ask any questions, and offers encouragement and prayer if desired.

Upcoming Shelter Groups

We offer new Shelter Groups three times a year—during the fall (September to November), winter (January to March), and spring (April to June). Spots are limited and tend to fill up quickly, so we encourage you to register early to secure your place in the upcoming session. If you don’t see a group in your area, you’re welcome to join one of our online groups from anywhere. You can also subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know when new in-person groups are added near you.

Healing Services for Men

TWO PROGRAM OPTIONS: HEAL THE WAY THAT WORKS BEST FOR YOU!

  • Man with a humble, reflective expression—carrying shame but ready to begin his Renew book healing journey.

Renew for Men: A Healing Book Study for Individuals or Groups

You don’t have to carry this alone anymore.
At Trees of Hope, we created Renew to offer men a safe, biblically grounded path to healing from the wounds of childhood sexual abuse. This study was originally designed as a private, self-guided journey—giving men the freedom to move at their own pace, in their own space, while deeply engaging with God’s truth.

But it doesn’t have to be walked alone.
Renew can also be used powerfully in a group setting, where men come together to process their stories with honesty, courage, and accountability. Healing in community is possible—and for many, it’s life-changing.

Whether you're going through it individually or leading others through it, Renew is a tool that breaks isolation, speaks truth into hidden places, and helps rewrite stories of pain into stories of hope.

Space is limited at each location to foster deep connection, trust, and confidentiality.

  • Man sitting at home engaged in the Renew online study, finding healing from sexual abuse from anywhere in the world.

Renew Online: Online Videos for Individuals or Groups

Renew Online includes six powerful teaching videos led by a licensed mental health counselor and male facilitator who understands the unique challenges men face after childhood sexual abuse. These sessions offer biblical insight, encouragement, and practical tools to guide your healing process.

The flexibility of Renew Online allows you to go through the videos privately at your own pace or alongside a group of men—processing your story with honesty, courage, and accountability. Both approaches provide space for God’s truth to meet you in the pain and lead you toward hope.

Whether you're just beginning to face the wounds of your past or you’ve been on this road for some time, Renew is here to equip and support you. This resource is grounded in Christ, rooted in truth, and created to remind you that healing is possible—and you are never alone in the journey.

OUR CALL TO ACTION

“Healing is possible—and you don’t have to walk through it alone. Say yes to the journey, and let God turn your pain into purpose.”
