THE PATH TO SERVING AT TREES OF HOPE

To protect others well, your healing comes first.
Every volunteer follows a clear pathway.

  • Step 1: Complete a Healing Study

Before serving others, you must first walk through your own healing. All volunteers complete one of our healing studies (Shelter or Renew) for at least two full cycles as a participant. This ensures you are leading from a place of personal healing, not just knowledge.

  • Step 2: Complete Cultivate Training

After completing your healing journey, the next step is leadership preparation. Cultivate is our facilitator training designed to equip you to lead with wisdom, safety, and spiritual maturity. It prepares you to care for others in a way that reflects the heart and standards of Trees of Hope.

  • Step 3: Follow the Leadership Process

Before stepping into a leadership role, each volunteer walks through a defined and intentional process with our team. This includes a recommendation from your facilitator and alignment with the mission, values, and standards of Trees of Hope. We take this step seriously to ensure every leader is prepared to serve others with wisdom, care, and integrity.

Interested in Working With Us?

At Trees of Hope, our leaders are not hired from the outside.

They are formed from within.

Every facilitator and team member first walks through their own healing journey and completes our leadership training. This ensures that those serving others do so from a place of personal healing, spiritual maturity, and lived experience.

If you feel called to this mission, your next step is not to apply—it’s to begin.

Complete one of our healing studies, continue through training, and follow the pathway outlined above. From there, our team will walk with you as you discern next steps.

We are not currently hiring or accepting direct applications.
