The Shelter From The Storm: Facilitator Guide is designed for women who have completed the Shelter From The Storm healing study and feel called to walk alongside others in the same Christ-centered journey of restoration.
This guide provides the structure, wisdom, and best practices needed to lead safe, Scripture-rooted healing groups with confidence. Inside, you’ll find practical guidance for navigating group dynamics, protecting the integrity of the space, establishing healthy boundaries, and shepherding women through each of the 13 chapters of the Shelter study.
Facilitators leading a Shelter From The Storm group through Trees of Hope are required to complete our Cultivate Training, which equips leaders with the tools and support needed to steward this work well.
Women leading independently within their own church or community may also use this guide. Independent facilitators are responsible for their own preparation, participant screening, and implementing appropriate group safeguards.
