Shelter From the Storm — 13‑Week Support Group (Women Only)
Overview
A 12-week support group exclusively for women.
Led by trained facilitators who are survivors themselves.
Designed to provide a safe, compassionate space to process your story, confront past pain, and pursue freedom in Christ.

WAYS TO PARTICIPATE

In-Person Groups
Meet weekly in a private, small-group setting at one of our trusted churches. We currently offer in-person groups in the following locations: South Florida, Central Florida, Melbourne, FL, North Carolina, and New Zealand.
Space is limited at each location to foster deep connection, trust, and confidentiality.

Online Groups
Perfect for those outside South Florida or who prefer the comfort of home. Our secure, virtual setting offers the same support and structure as our in-person groups.
Both formats are completely confidential and are held in a trauma-informed, faith-based environment.
How to Register for a Shelter Group
Taking the first step toward healing can feel overwhelming—but you don’t have to do it alone. At Trees of Hope, we’ve made the registration process simple, confidential, and full of support from the very beginning.
We know how vulnerable it can feel to open up about your story. That’s why our team surrounds every step of the process with prayer, encouragement, and grace. You are deeply seen, known, and loved—and we are honored to walk this road with you.

This confirms your spot in the group you’ve selected and gives us the contact information we need to connect you with your facilitator.

Once you’re registered, you’ll be prompted to purchase your Box of Hope for $40 plus shipping. After your purchase is complete, we’ll send your materials so you’re fully equipped to begin this healing journey.

This form gives us helpful insight into your current stage of healing so we can match you with the right facilitator and setting. It takes just a few minutes and ensures you’re set up for success as you begin this part of your journey. This form must be completed before the first night of the group.
Upcoming Shelter Groups
We offer several ways to take part in a Shelter healing study—so you can choose the option that works best for your life and location. New groups start throughout the year, but spots fill quickly, so we recommend registering early.
In-Person Groups – Meet in a local setting and walk through the healing process alongside other women in your community.
Virtual Groups – Join a live online group from anywhere—perfect if there’s no in-person group near you.
Shelter Online – Access our self-guided online course anytime and move through it at your own pace, with flexible support along the way.
