Our Commitment to Diversity & Equality.

We believe that a diverse team is needed to reach the large and diverse group of people sadly affected by childhood sexual abuse. We respect and value all individuals, regardless of race, color, age, religion, gender, ethnicity, national origin, disability, marital status, physical appearance, socioeconomic status or any other protected class. Trees of Hope is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Our Compensation

Philosophy.

As a nonprofit organization, we recognize the importance of being good stewards of our donor’s generous donations, while also ensuring our staff are fairly compensated for their hard work. We want to attract and retain passionate and skilled people who are effective in their roles and rewarded with reasonable pay and benefits. To that end, we strive to set our employee compensation at fair market value based upon nonprofit industry benchmarks.

How to Apply.

Applications for available staff and volunteer positions will only be accepted via email at info@treesofhope.org. Walk-Ins and phone calls for job and/or volunteer opportunities will not be accepted. At this time, we only offer volunteer opportunties.

Volunteer Facilitator

A Facilitator helps individuals in our healing groups to reach the best possible outcome as they walk through one of our healing programs. The Facilitator handles the practicalities and logistics of the group's meetings, including setting the date, time, and reserving the meeting space. During meetings, the Facilitator keeps the discussion moving and on track and may summarize things that have been discussed. They are responsible for confidentiality and the group’s sense of privacy.

Volunteer Regional Director

The Regional Director is the person responsible for growing, leading and informing a team of Prevention Educators and/or Facilitators in their area. They not only teach our prevention education material but they also facilitate support groups, lead team meetings, develop relationships with potential donors, train and equip new Prevention Educators and Facilitators on the culture of Trees of Hope, and act as an Ambassador for the Trees of Hope brand in their area.

Volunteer Prevention Educator

Prevention Educators teach our prevention material at workshops. They can be survivors of sexual abuse or not. The only prerequisite is that they have a passion to educate adults on the topics of sexual abuse and have attended one of our workshops to understand the format of how they are taught.
