Our Commitment to Diversity & Equality.
We believe that a diverse team is needed to reach the large and diverse group of people sadly affected by childhood sexual abuse. We respect and value all individuals, regardless of race, color, age, religion, gender, ethnicity, national origin, disability, marital status, physical appearance, socioeconomic status or any other protected class. Trees of Hope is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
As a nonprofit organization, we recognize the importance of being good stewards of our donor’s generous donations, while also ensuring our staff are fairly compensated for their hard work. We want to attract and retain passionate and skilled people who are effective in their roles and rewarded with reasonable pay and benefits. To that end, we strive to set our employee compensation at fair market value based upon nonprofit industry benchmarks.

Prevention Educators teach our prevention material at workshops. They can be survivors of sexual abuse or not. The only prerequisite is that they have a passion to educate adults on the topics of sexual abuse and have attended one of our workshops to understand the format of how they are taught.
