Trees of Hope Preventing and Healing From Sexual Abuse

STEP 2: BUY YOUR BOX OF HOPE

What Comes in a Box of Hope?

The Box of Hope is required for your participation in our Shelter Group. Please purchase your box before the first night of class.

  • Each member must buy a Box of Hope beforehand to participate in the group. The box contains the Shelter From The Storm book, its corresponding workbook, a handcrafted journal, and affirmation cards to help you memorize your verse and affirmation statement each week. The cost of the box is $40 + shipping.

  • For over 16 years, we have been using the Shelter From The Storm curriculum to help women whose lives have been affected by sexual abuse. Recently, we purchased the rights to this program and redesigned it to make it our own. Although the content remains unchanged, our new curriculum is more empowering and effective.

This proven program has helped countless women recognize and halt destructive behaviors holding them back from living their best lives. We are proud to offer this life-changing course to those who need it most and look forward to continuing to impact the lives of those we serve positively.

  • Journaling is a helpful tool for survivors to manage their symptoms and enhance their mood by allowing them to prioritize their problems, fears, and concerns. To facilitate this, every participant who purchases a Box of Hope from Trees of Hope will receive a specially crafted Trees of Hope journal. They can use it to track their weekly progress and emotions. Additionally, they will receive weekly affirmation cards to motivate them to keep moving forward. It's important to note that the journal and affirmation cards are only available in the Box of Hope, which can be purchased directly from Trees of Hope and not from Amazon.
